CLC v. DOJ (Census FOIA): U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia - Plaintiff's Motion to Defendant's Motion to Stay Proceedings

DOJ has filed a motion to stay proceeding due to the lapse in appropriations. CLC responded by saying that the length of DOJ's requested extension is unnecessary because this is a time sensitive matter of significant public interest.
