CLC Testimony in Support of MDVRA

Campaign Legal Center (CLC) submitted testimony in support of the Maryland Voting Rights Act (MDVRA).  CLC’s testimony focused on how the MDVRA will improve upon the federal Voting Rights Act by applying more efficient and lower cost processes and procedures to enforcing the voting rights of traditionally disenfranchised communities, benefitting local governments and voters alike.
