CLC Testimony in Support of Hawaii Senate Bill 997

Campaign Legal Center submitted this letter to the Hawaii Senate Committee on Judiciary in support of Hawaii Senate Bill 997, which would require state super PACs to disclose the original sources of large contributions they receive and spend in Hawaii elections.
