CLC Testimony in Support of Hawaii Senate Bill 166

Campaign Legal Center (CLC) submitted this letter to the Hawaii Senate Committee on Judiciary in support of Hawaii Senate Bill 166, which would ban corporations with significant foreign influence from making independent expenditures in Hawaii elections. CLC supports this important reform to combat foreign influence in Hawaii elections and provided three recommendations for the committee to consider to strengthen S.B. 166.
