CLC Nevada Hand Counting Testimony

On Aug. 26, 2022, Campaign Legal Center (CLC) provided testimony to the Nevada Secretary of State against the use of hand counting ballots in Nevada elections. The dangers of hand counting ballots include delays in the vote counting, processing and reporting of election results that can fuel harmful rhetoric among candidates and public figures that undermines the perceived legitimacy of the electoral system.
