Passing the “Freedom to Vote Act” To Create A Democracy That Works for Us All

On July 18, 2023, Campaign Legal Center (CLC) sent a letter to every member of the United States Congress, urging support for the reintroduced Freedom to Vote Act. If enacted, this transformative proposal will increase Americans’ access to the ballot box, neutralize partisan and racial gerrymandering and increase transparency in our campaign finance system to counteract the impact of dark money secret spending.
