CLC Complaint to OCE Regarding Rep. Byron Donalds

Campaign Legal Center (CLC) filed a complaint with the U.S. Office of Congressional Ethics (OCE) asking for an investigation into Rep. Byron Donalds for possible violations of the STOCK Act and House Rules. From 2022 to 2023, Rep. Donalds and his spouse made over 100 stock trades valued up to $1,620,000 without filing any periodic transaction reports (PTRs) required by the STOCK Act.
