Campaign Legal Center Amicus Brief in Support of Ohio Citizens Not Politicians

On August 23, 2024, Campaign Legal Center, represented by UBGreensfelder LLP, submitted an amicus brief to the Ohio Supreme Court, arguing that the ballot language and title approved by the Ohio Ballot Board for Issue 1 is misleading, deceptive, and factually inaccurate. Issue 1 will give Ohio voters the opportunity to cast a ballot for a constitutional amendment creating a true Independent Redistricting Commission to conduct Ohio's congressional and state legislative redistricting.
