Bureau of Prisons Response to CLC Letter on Executive Order Promoting Access to Voting

As part of its effort to provide agencies and the administration with guidance on how to implement the Executive Order Promoting Access to Voting, CLC sent a letter to the Bureau of Prisons discussing how that agency could improve ballot access for currently incarcerated voters. On June 30, 2021, the Bureau of Prisons responded with some information about existing policies and procedures as well as those currently under consideration for future implementation.
