Arizona Court of Appeals Decision

On Nov. 8, 2024, the Arizona Court of Appeals, Division One, issued a decision upholding the validity of the Voters’ Right to Know Act, also known as Proposition 211, which requires disclosure of the original source of all major contributions used to pay for campaign media spending in Arizona. The Court of Appeals rejected Plaintiffs’ facial and as-applied challenges to the Act, upholding the validity of Proposition 211 under the Arizona State Constitution.
