Amicus Brief in Reschenthaler v. Schmidt

On behalf of Secure Families Initiative (SFI), CLC along with co-counsel Selendy Gay and Dilworth Paxton filed an amicus brief to defend against an effort to seek an injunction in federal court that would upend the voting process for Pennsylvanians casting ballots from outside the country or out of state, and disenfranchise many eligible voters serving in the armed forces and their families posted overseas.
