American Tradition Partnership (ATP) v. Bullock: Supreme Court Amici Brief of The Brennan Center for Justice at NYU School of Law et al. in Support of Bullock

Amicus brief filed by the Brennan Center for Justice at N.Y.U. School of Law and Constitutional Law Professors in support of respondents. Amici argue that, for the reasons detailed by the Montana Supreme Court and Respondents, the unique facts of this case amply support the constitutionality of Montana’s Corrupt Practices Act and its restrictions on corporate electioneering. Accordingly, the Court should deny the petition and let the Montana court’s decision stand.
