Arizona Voting Rights Restoration

Instructions and forms for how to restore your voting rights in Arizona.

Arizona requires those who have multiple convictions to apply to have their voting rights restored. You should submit this form to the County Clerk of the Court in the county of your conviction.

With your application, you should include either your absolute discharge or documentation of your discharge from probation.

If you were convicted of felonies in more than one county, you should apply in each county for the convictions in that county. The process may take up to 90 days.

If you’d like more support, please contact our Arizona organizers, Hannah and/or Victor , for assistance.
