Milwaukee Journal Sentinel: Pro-Scott Walker super PAC spells out perks for $1 million donors

"These single-candidate super PACs are effectively operating as campaign committees today," says Paul S. Ryan, a lawyer with the Campaign Legal Center, which contends the use of super PACs is "potentially corrupting" and makes a mockery of longtime campaign contribution limits.

Ryan called the itemized menu of donor perks from Unintimidated PAC a "disturbingly common" phenomenon.
