Interview: Trevor Potter on Counting Every Vote

“The president in his remarks tonight is trying to build a record with his supporters that says if he loses, it must have been nefarious somehow—that the votes got stolen,” said Trevor Potter, president of Campaign Legal Center. “But the reality is that while these cases are going on to no effect so far, the votes are being counted, and they’re rolling in. And not necessarily all to Biden’s advantage. Vote counting is occurring, and by the time that these suits peter out, we will have results from these states.”
