Civil rights groups sue Texas county over alleged 'discriminatory' map 

Another lawsuit brought by voters to challenge Galveston County’s maps began several years ago and is still pending. The nonpartisan Campaign Legal Center earlier this year joined that lawsuit to challenge the latest round of redistricting.
