Sam litigates cases and participates in policy work across CLC's program areas.

During law school, Sam served as an executive editor of the Harvard Law Review. He also interned with CLC, Common Cause, the Mexican American Legal Defense and Educational Fund, the Massachusetts Attorney General's Office, and the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education. 

Sam received his J.D., magna cum laude, from Harvard Law School and also holds an M.P.P. from the Harvard Kennedy School and an A.B. in math from Harvard College. He is admitted to practice law in Massachusetts. Sam joined CLC in September 2021.
