Kim Bright

Kim has extensive experience in leading and scaling effective policies and operational solutions in the public and private sectors. Prior to joining CLC, Kim led the finance, human resources and general management functions for the Brookings Institution’s Metropolitan Policy Program. Kim has served as the chief operating officer for the National Police Foundation, leading the foundation’s financial, human resources, information technology and operations functions. During her tenure with Booz Allen Hamilton, Kim managed a multimillion-dollar technology solutions contract with the Department of Justice, including providing contract oversight, staff supervision and subject matter expertise for the support of national policies to improve information sharing capacity and the delivery of technical assistance to stakeholders and practitioners.

Kim holds a Master of Public Policy degree from American University, a Bachelor of Arts degree from Georgetown University and a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. Kim joined CLC in February 2021.
