Trevor Potter: They are trying to cast doubt to suppress the vote. The way to fight back is to vote.
“I think that what we are seeing here is an extended, concerted effort to tamp down the vote—to suppress the vote by casting doubt about whether the voters can really decide this election. And that’s very troubling for a democracy,” said Trevor Potter, president of Campaign Legal Center. “But that’s something that the voters themselves can push back on. We have a system in place that will count those votes.”
