Nevada is among the states leading the way on giving former prisoners the right to vote that's according to analysis by the nonpartisan Campaign Legal Center. This new law is in line with a number of states that have recently restored voting rights to those who were formerly incarcerated. Analysis from a civil rights think tank found that a majority of states require a person to pay their Legal financial obligations and includes restitution to victims.
