"Money Talks: Free Speech, Political Action Committees and the Future of Campaign Finance Regulation" with Trevor Potter

Campaign Finance Regulation Panelists talked about the complexities and transparency issues associated with campaign financing. They focused on outside funding of campaigns since the Supreme Court ruling in Citizens United v. Federal Election Commission. Other topics included the Federal Election Commission (FEC) appointee process.

“Money Talks: Free Speech, Political Action Committees and the Future of Campaign Finance Regulation” was a plenary session of the International Foundation for Electoral Systems' U.S. Election Program held November 2-5, 2014, at the Washington Marriott Georgetown.
