Interview: Republican campaign legal challenges to voting mount

“The flavor of them is mostly the Trump campaign asking for more access to watch the count,” said Ruth Greenwood, the co-director of voting rights and redistricting at Campaign Legal Center. “They can’t actually come up with a legal reason why they should stop the count. So far, I don’t think that there is a lot to any of these lawsuits. That said, so far, they are sitting there waiting in case the margins end up being pretty close.”
