Trevor Potter: "It is a serious problem because you have Republican legislators who are trying to prevent Secretaries of State—many of whom are Republican--from sending out absentee ballot applications and from encouraging people to vote absentee. That’s a problem for the whole country because we want to have an election where people are comfortable voting and have the option to vote absentee if that will be best from them."
