Interview: Analyst: 'Incredibly concerning' Trump touted SCOTUS election role

“It’s incredibly concerning that the president of the United States would suggest that the Supreme Court have any role in determining the outcome of the presidential election—particularly one in which he is a candidate. It is important to remember that in the entire history of this country, there has only been one presidential election in which the Supreme Court has played a role,” said Jonathan Diaz legal counsel on voting rights at Campaign Legal Center.
