Interview: Adav Noti on Counting Every Vote

“The level of investment that we should have should be proportionate to the number of votes that remain outstanding,” Adav Noti, trial and litigation director and chief of staff at Campaign Legal Center, said. “Every state in the country has laws and procedures for counting votes, which always goes after Election Day, and it’s handled by the election professionals on the ground in those states. That’s the process we’re seeing right now.”
