Florida restored voting rights to returning citizens. What's next?
On Sunday, the Washington Post editorial board wrote that some opponents of Florida’s Amendment 4 were trying to sew confusion about how the amendment will be administered. Blair Bowie, a Skadden Foundation Fellow at the Campaign Legal Center, says that in most places in the U.S., confusion already reigns when it comes to returning citizens’ voting rights.
